By downloading, installing, or using the Routey mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Routey is a mobile application designed to provide interactive walking and driving tours, puzzles, and location-based experiences. The Service is provided by Routey ("we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Angelique Leurs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, tour data, and software, are the exclusive property of Routey and Angelique Leurs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the application.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Use the Service while operating a vehicle in a manner that distracts from safe driving.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, specifically the jurisdiction of Paros.
